These Terms & Conditions of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of any digital property operated by Turning Point Church ("TPC," "we," "us," or "our"), including goturningpoint.org , our sub‑domains, social‑media pages, and any Application‑to‑Person ("A2P") text‑messaging programs (collectively, the "Services").

You may view, download, or print material for personal, non‑commercial ministry purposes only. Any other use (including republication or distribution) requires prior written permission.

4. ONLINE GIVING & DONATIONS

When you give through the Services, you represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. All donations are final and non‑refundable unless a mistake occurred (e.g., duplicate transaction). To request a correction, contact us at

By opting in to our text program, you agree to receive automated, recurring messages from TPC. Message frequency varies.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TPC, its pastors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TPC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any intellectual‑property or other right of a third party.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or TPC.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to reflect the parties’ intention, or, if impossible, removed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms or guidelines posted within the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and TPC regarding your use of the Services.
